Coronavirus in Russia: The number of deaths surpasses 10,000
6,632 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Russia, bringing the number of cases in the country to 674,515.
The country’s death toll from the virus has reached 10,027, an increase of 168 deaths in the last 24 hours.
446,879 patients suffering from coronavirus have been discharged from hospital after being cured.
Russia was relatively late in suffering a serious outbreak, but now has become the country with the third-most cases in the world, after the United States and Brazil.
The city of Moscow is currently the most affected federal subject, having the majority of confirmed cases.
