Death toll in Gaza rises to 73,293 as Israeli regime attacks continue

The number of Palestinians killed in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 73,293, while 173,906 others have been injured since 7 October 2023, the Gaza Ministry of Health said on Monday.
In its latest daily update, the ministry reported that 10 Palestinians were martyred and 42 others injured over the past 24 hours, with the casualties transferred to hospitals across the Gaza Strip.
The ministry said the latest figures bring the overall death toll from the Israeli military campaign to 73,293 martyrs, while the total number of wounded has reached 173,906.The ministry further stated that 802 bodies, including victims recovered from beneath the rubble during the ceasefire period, have been brought to hospitals across Gaza.
It also noted that since the ceasefire took effect on 11 October, Israeli attacks and violations have claimed the lives of 1,168 Palestinians and left 3,798 others injured
Health authorities have repeatedly warned that the actual toll is likely higher, as many victims remain trapped under collapsed buildings or in areas inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams. (ILKHA)
