Hamas lauds return of UNRWA aid for Palestinian refugees from Syria

Senior Hamas official Abu Ahmed Fadel has applauded UNRWA’s decision to resume providing financial assistance for the Palestinian refugees who fled from Syria to Lebanon.
Fadel made his remarks as he was addressing Palestinian refugees on Saturday after they decided to suspend the sit-in they had staged for about two and a half months outside the UNRWA headquarters in Beirut to protest the agency’s failure to provide them with aid.
He affirmed that his Movement would continue to stand by the Palestinian refugee from Syria and support any decision they take to obtain their rights. (ILKHA)
