Palestinian man killed by Israeli forces in Nablus raid

A Palestinian man has succumbed to his wounds after being shot by Israeli occupation forces during a military raid in the Old City of Nablus early Wednesday morning, the Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed.
The victim, identified as 33-year-old Hamza Muhammad Saeed Khammash, was critically wounded when Israeli forces stormed the Jasmine neighborhood, raided his home, and shot him at close range. He was hit in the thigh and later succumbed to his injuries.
Israeli forces also detained three Palestinians during the incursion, including Khammash’s brother. The raid is part of the ongoing Israeli military campaign targeting Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank, which has seen a sharp escalation in violence.
The killing of Khammash adds to the rising toll of Palestinian casualties in recent weeks as Israeli forces continue their incursions into cities and refugee camps, sparking widespread condemnation from rights groups and international observers.
Tensions remain high in the West Bank as Palestinians mourn yet another victim of Israeli aggression, amid calls for accountability and an end to the occupation’s relentless attacks on Palestinian civilians. (ILKHA)PA
