HÜDA PAR backs family's quest for justice in suspicious death case
The Free Cause Party (HÜDA PAR) has thrown its support behind the family of Rojin Kabaiş, a young woman who died under circumstances her family describes as suspicious, pledging to ensure a transparent investigation into her death.
The party's involvement began with a phone call from HÜDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu to the grieving father, Nizamettin Kabaiş. According to party officials, Yapıcıoğlu assured the family that the party would closely monitor the legal process and work to ensure transparency from the authorities.
Solidarity Through a Home Visit
Further demonstrating their support, a delegation including HÜDA PAR Mersin MP Faruk Dinç and Diyarbakır Provincial Chair Zeynul Abidin Gülsever visited the Kabaiş family at their home in Diyarbakır.
During the visit, MP Dinç offered condolences and a message of solidarity. He emphasized the critical need for the case to be examined thoroughly, leaving no room for doubt.
“Those responsible must receive the punishment they deserve before the law,” Dinç stated, underscoring the party's firm stance on achieving justice.
“A Human Issue”
Reinforcing the message, Chairman Yapıcıoğlu once again joined the conversation by telephone, speaking directly with Nizamettin Kabaiş.
In his remarks, Yapıcıoğlu stressed the universal nature of the family's struggle. “Whoever did it must get the punishment they deserve,” he said. “God willing, we will also follow the process. We will make every effort to determine what more can be done and what might have been left incomplete. This is not a party issue; it is a human issue.”
The Kabaiş family has launched a public campaign demanding a full and transparent investigation into Rojin's death. Their call for justice is now gaining increasing attention, with support growing from both community figures and political representatives. (ILKHA)
