Thousands rally in Diyarbakir in solidarity with Palestinian resistance

In a powerful display of solidarity, thousands of people gathered in Diyarbakir to express their support for Operation Al Aqsa Flood, a Palestinian resistance initiative against the zionist occupation regime.
Organized under the leadership of HÜDA PAR Provincial Youth Branch, the gathering took place at July 15 Martyrs Park (Parkorman). The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by chants, slogans, and the display of banners in support of the Palestinian resistance.
Artists from Özlem Agency performed melodies and hymns dedicated to Palestine and HAMAS, contributing to the emotional atmosphere of the event. Ahmed Harare, an official from the Yemeni Al-Quds institution in Gaza, delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of the Palestinian cause.
Vedat Turgut, a member of HÜDA PAR General Administrative Board (GİK) and Diyarbakır Provincial Chairman, addressed the crowd with a press statement. Turgut referred to a Quranic verse, stating: "The oppressors will see what fate they will suffer (Shu'ara/227)," highlighting the prolonged systematic occupation and massacre by the Zionist occupying gang against the Palestinian people.
Turgut expressed concern over the expanding occupation, particularly the violation of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the defiance against the entire Islamic world. He declared support for the Palestinian resistance, saying: "We support the 'Aqsa Flood' operation carried out by the Izz ad-Din Kassam Brigades."
Turgut emphasized the need for global Muslim solidarity, urging official and civilian elements to support their Palestinian brothers economically, militarily, and morally. Turgut demanded the withdrawal of the Zionist gang from the occupied Palestinian territories and called for an end to the embargo on Gaza.
Labeling Zionism as a poisonous dagger at the heart of the Islamic World, Turgut called for unity among Islamic countries and Muslims, urging them to halt political, economic, and military relations with the occupation regime.
He concluded by reiterating HUDA PAR's unwavering support for the freedom of Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque, expressing readiness to make sacrifices for the cause.
The event concluded with a resounding call to stand by the Palestinian people, praising the Aqsa Flood operation and saluting the heroic Palestinian fighters. (ILKHA)
