Türkiye’s Presidency’s Directorate of Communications will organize an event in New York on Monday focusing on the future of Türkiye–U.S. relations as the two countries approach the centennial of their diplomatic ties.
Titled “Türkiye–U.S. Relations on the Eve of the Centennial,” the event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Sept. 21 at The University Club of New York.
The gathering is expected to bring together officials, academics, diplomats and other experts to discuss the trajectory of relations between Ankara and Washington, as well as regional and international issues affecting the bilateral partnership.
The event comes as Türkiye and the United States continue efforts to strengthen dialogue on a range of issues, including security, trade, defense cooperation and developments in the Middle East.
The Directorate of Communications is responsible for coordinating Türkiye’s official communications policies and activities, including international outreach and public diplomacy. (ILKHA)
