Lebanese resistance group Hezbollah has issued a firm condemnation of the Israeli regime’s large-scale military assault on the Islamic Republic of Iran, warning that such unprovoked aggression is part of a broader imperialist agenda spearheaded by Israel and the United States.

In a strongly worded statement released Friday, Hezbollah accused Washington of providing the political and operational support necessary for Tel Aviv’s latest war crimes. “This aggression would not have taken place without direct U.S. approval, coordination, and cover,” the statement declared, adding that “Washington is now attempting to distance itself to avoid consequences.”

The resistance movement described Israel’s attack on Iran — which targeted over 100 locations including nuclear and military sites, and assassinated top Iranian commanders and scientists — as a flagrant violation of all red lines and international norms. The statement warned that the Zionist entity seeks to impose its will on the region through terror and destruction, advancing U.S.-Israeli hegemony under the guise of security.

Hezbollah called on regional governments and free peoples across the Middle East to stand in unwavering solidarity with the Iranian nation, whose sovereignty and security are under direct assault. “If this aggression is not met with rejection, condemnation, and support for Iran and its people, this criminal entity will grow more aggressive and tyrannical,” the group warned.

Despite the losses suffered, Hezbollah emphasized that the attack will only strengthen Iran’s unity, resilience, and resolve. “These crimes will not weaken the Islamic Republic — they will increase its strength, resilience, and determination to protect its sovereignty and security.”

The group’s statement echoed growing calls across the region to confront Israeli and American aggression and defend the axis of resistance against continued imperialist threats. (ILKHA)
