Israeli strikes kill three Palestinians, wound several others in Gaza
Israeli occupation forces once again violated the declared ceasefire on Saturday, killing three Palestinians and wounding several others in brutal airstrikes and gunfire attacks across the besieged Gaza Strip.
According to Palestinian medical sources, an Israeli drone fired on civilians near the Bani Suheila roundabout in central Khan Younis, killing one Palestinian and injuring another. The attack occurred in a heavily populated civilian area, further highlighting Israel’s ongoing disregard for Palestinian lives.
In Gaza City, Israeli military vehicles opened fire east of the Zeitoun neighborhood, killing two more Palestinians. Witnesses reported that the attacks came without warning, sowing fear among residents already struggling to survive under relentless occupation assaults.
In the central Gaza Strip, several Palestinians were reported injured when Israeli warplanes targeted the entrance to the Maghazi refugee camp—an area crowded with displaced families seeking refuge from earlier attacks.
Meanwhile, Israeli artillery continued shelling the southern outskirts of Rafah, further endangering Palestinian civilians and compounding the humanitarian crisis.
Health authorities confirmed that 441 Palestinians have been martyred since the ceasefire agreement was announced, while at least 1,223 have been wounded, as Israel persists in its deadly campaign against Gaza’s population.
Humanitarian organizations warn that continued Israeli aggression threatens to deepen the suffering of Gaza’s civilians, who are enduring ongoing bombardment, displacement, and severe shortages of basic necessities. (ILKHA)
