Pakistani PM invites Erdoğan to High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council Meeting in Islamabad
Pakistan's Prime Minister, Shahbaz Sharif, has invited Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to attend the 7th Meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan.
The invitation was extended during President Erdogan's inauguration ceremony in Ankara, where Sharif congratulated him on his reelection and conveyed the best wishes of the Pakistani government and people for his continued success.
During the ceremony, Sharif lauded President Erdogan's visionary leadership and highlighted Tükiye's impressive achievements in various fields over the past two decades, citing them as exemplary successes.
As Türkiye approaches the 100th anniversary of the Republic, Sharif emphasized the significance of President Erdogan's ongoing leadership in driving progress and prosperity.
Furthermore, Sharif expressed gratitude to Erdogan for his dedicated efforts in promoting regional peace and his unwavering commitment to diplomacy and dialogue. He underscored Pakistan's strong commitment to strengthening ties with Türkiye and fostering strategic partnerships.
In light of this commitment, Sharif extended a formal invitation to President Erdogan to attend the 7th Meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council, set to be held in Islamabad.
