Malek Issa, 8, who was shot by zionist gangs as he left school with his sister on Saturday, has lost his eye, according to local reports.
Malek underwent surgeries to fix fractures in his forehead and head. A gland in his nose was directly hit, raising concerns that it would produce secretions that may cause a lethal inflammation if they reach the brain, but they could not control it.
The child will stay under observation in the hosbital for 24 hours so that the doctors can decide how to deal with his case. (ILKHA)
