Yemeni Ansarallah official sounds alarm over U.S.-Israeli conspiracy in region
A senior member of the Political Bureau of Yemen’s Ansarallah movement has warned of an international “Zionist-American” conspiracy aimed at weakening Iran and undermining the foundations of the Islamic world as part of a broader effort to reshape the Middle East.
Speaking on Wednesday, Mohammed Al-Farah said the alleged plot was not confined to Iran alone but could eventually target other major Muslim countries, including Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, Egypt, and Pakistan. He cautioned regional states against placing trust in alliances with Washington or relying on normalization agreements as a means of ensuring security.
“The danger does not stop at Iran’s borders,” Al-Farah warned, stressing that the strategy pursued by the United States and its allies threatens the sovereignty and stability of multiple Islamic nations. He argued that political alignment with Washington has historically failed to provide protection and has instead exposed countries to pressure, interference, and destabilization.
Al-Farah further stated that U.S. ambitions extend beyond addressing internal economic challenges, describing them as part of a wider global campaign aimed at curbing the influence of Iran, China, and Russia. According to him, this approach reflects an attempt to preserve American dominance by confronting emerging powers and resistance movements across different regions.
Calling for unity, the Ansarallah official urged Arab and Islamic countries to demonstrate what he described as “historical vigilance” in the face of these threats. He emphasized the need for collective action and solidarity to counter Zionist projects before their consequences spread further across the region.
His remarks come amid heightened regional tensions and growing concerns over shifting geopolitical alignments in the Middle East, as resistance groups and regional actors warn of escalating external intervention and its potential impact on regional stability. (ILKHA)
