Yemen’s armed forces successfully carried out a targeted military operation on Monday against sensitive sites and vital facilities deep inside Saudi Arabia.

According to a statement released by the Yemeni military, the operation involved multiple drones that precisely struck key installations along the critical crude oil supply and transport route connecting eastern Saudi Arabia to the Red Sea port of Yanbu. The strikes underscore Yemen’s determination to protect its airspace and respond firmly to ongoing Saudi aggression.

Military spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree declared that the armed forces launched the drone attacks in direct retaliation to repeated and flagrant violations of Yemeni airspace by Saudi reconnaissance drones.

“Yemen will not remain silent in the face of continued provocations and breaches of its sovereignty,” Saree emphasized, highlighting that the operation was a measured and necessary response to defend the nation against persistent Saudi aerial incursions.

This latest action reflects the resilience and growing capabilities of Yemen’s military, which continues to assert its right to self-defense amid years of devastating Saudi-led aggression that has caused immense suffering to the Yemeni people.
