Three PKK members were killed in an airstrike on the area of Operation Claw-Thunderbolt on Monday, Turkish Defense ministry said in a statement.
“Destroying the terror dens in northern Iraq, our Turkish Armed Forces killed 3 PKK terrorists in a drone strike on the area of Operation Claw-Thunderbolt,” the ministry said on Twitter.
The joint Claw-Lightning and Claw-Thunderbolt operations are ongoing Turkish Armed Forces cross border operations in northern Iraq.
The operations are taking place in the Metina, Zap, and Avashin-Basyan regions against Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) targets. (ILKHA)
