Turkey: 1 dead, 3 others missing in flash flood

One person died, three others went missing in flash flood triggered by heavy rain in the Yusufeli district of Turkey's northeastern Artvin province.
According to the local officials, the flash flood took place at 7.30 p.m. local time (1630GMT) on Sunday.
Search and rescue operation is underway for the people that were reported missing in the region, Yılmaz Doruk, the provincial governor, said. (ILKHA)
