Turkey offers condolences to Russia over deadly attack at Perm State University

Turkish Foreign Ministry has issued a press release regarding the attack at Perm State University, Russian Federation.
“We condemn the attack that took place today (20th September) within the premises of the Perm State University which resulted in loss of lives of eight people and left many wounded,” the Ministry said.
“We extend our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and the Russian people and wish the speedy recovery of the wounded,” the Ministry added. (ILKHA)
