Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi held a phone call with Pakistani Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar to discuss regional and international developments.
The two ministers exchanged views on the latest developments in the region, with particular attention to efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability.
Dar also briefed Araghchi on the main points of the recently signed Mecca Joint Defense Agreement between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye.
The agreement is aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation among the three countries and contributing to regional peace and security.
The ministers also discussed developments on the international agenda and the importance of continued coordination on regional issues. (ILKHA)
