Russia’s death toll from coronavirus 19,489

6,196 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours in Russia, bringing the number of confirmed cases in the country to 1,109,595.

Russia was relatively late in suffering a serious outbreak, but it is now the country with the fourth-most cases in the world, after the United States, India and Brazil.
