Türkiye, Qatar, and Egypt have strongly condemned Israel's continued violations of the Gaza ceasefire agreement, denouncing the targeting of hospitals, civilian infrastructure, and the ongoing killing of Palestinian civilians, including women and children.

In a joint statement issued on Monday, the three mediating countries described Israel's actions as grave violations of international law and international humanitarian law, stressing that the occupying power must fully comply with its obligations under the ceasefire agreement and international legal standards.

The mediators warned that Israel's continued military attacks constitute a direct breach of the ceasefire and risk derailing progress toward the implementation of the agreement's second phase, which is intended to advance de-escalation and alleviate the humanitarian catastrophe in the besieged Gaza Strip.

The statement followed Hamas and other Palestinian resistance factions' announcement that they had approved the roadmap for the next phase of the ceasefire agreement, including arrangements related to security and weapons restrictions. The mediators emphasized that this commitment from the Palestinian side should be matched by full Israeli compliance rather than continued military escalation.

Egypt, Qatar, and Türkiye cautioned that Israel's repeated attacks are undermining diplomatic efforts while worsening the already catastrophic humanitarian conditions facing more than two million Palestinians in Gaza. They called for the immediate protection of civilians, healthcare facilities, humanitarian workers, and all civilian infrastructure, stressing that these sites are protected under international humanitarian law.

The three countries also demanded the unrestricted and continuous entry of humanitarian aid, food, fuel, and medical supplies into every part of Gaza, where months of bombardment and blockade have left the population struggling with widespread hunger, displacement, and the collapse of essential services.

The joint statement urged the international community to shoulder its legal and moral responsibilities by exerting meaningful pressure on Israel to honor its commitments under the ceasefire agreement and comply with international law. The mediators said such action is essential for preserving the ceasefire and ensuring the implementation of the broader peace roadmap.

Meanwhile, Hamas reaffirmed its commitment to the ceasefire agreement, stating that both the movement and other Palestinian factions remain fully committed to implementing the second phase of the deal reached in October 2025. The movement said it is awaiting an official response from the mediators regarding the understandings that have already been reached.

Hamas accused Israel of repeatedly violating the ceasefire through continued bombardment and military operations across Gaza, describing the latest attacks as a deliberate attempt by the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to sabotage the agreement and obstruct efforts toward a lasting ceasefire.

The movement called on Egypt, Qatar, Türkiye, and the wider international community to take urgent action to pressure Israel to halt what it described as ongoing crimes against the Palestinian people and to end its military aggression against the Gaza Strip.

According to Palestinian medical sources, Israeli occupation forces continued their attacks across Gaza despite the ceasefire, killing at least 22 Palestinians and wounding dozens more over the past 24 hours. The latest assaults struck multiple areas, including Gaza City, Deir al-Balah, and Jabalia, adding to the growing number of casualties recorded since the ceasefire came into effect.

Among the dead were four Palestinians who were killed when Israeli forces bombed their vehicle near the Sharia Court in central Gaza City. In a separate attack, three more Palestinians were killed and six others injured in an Israeli strike targeting Al-Thawra Street in the Al-Rimal neighborhood west of Gaza City.

As Israeli attacks continue despite international mediation efforts, humanitarian organizations and regional powers have renewed calls for an immediate end to hostilities, full respect for the ceasefire agreement, and the protection of Palestinian civilians who continue to bear the brunt of the conflict.
