TEKNOFEST Ankara to showcase Türkiye's domestic and national aviation prowess

The eagerly anticipated TEKNOFEST Ankara Event Program has been officially released, promising a thrilling lineup of activities and competitions from August 30th to September 3rd.
Enthusiasts of technology and aerospace are invited to explore a diverse array of offerings including Technology Competitions, Fair Events, Flight Shows, and the captivating Science Street.
For the very first time in Ankara, the second stop of TEKNOFEST 2023, the event introduces the groundbreaking TEKNOFEST Startup Competition.
This initiative aims to foster the transformation of projects submitted by team members into startups, nurturing their growth and thereby contributing to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the country.
Another debut event in Ankara is the Deneyap Kart Robolig Competition, designed to expand the project portfolio of locally developed Deneyap Kart and unite project enthusiasts with cutting-edge technology.
One of the highlights of this year's TEKNOFEST is the much-anticipated air shows, a quintessential element of the event. The skies will be graced by a lineup of remarkable aircraft performances including Turkish Stars, Solo Türk, Hürkuş, Gökbey, Aksungur, Bayraktar TB2, Bayraktar TB3, Gendarmerie Steel Wings, Akıncı, Atak Helicopter, and Anka TEKNOFEST. These dazzling displays will showcase Türkiye's domestic and national aviation prowess.
The event's offerings are multifaceted, encompassing technology and entrepreneurship competitions, engaging workshops catering to the 6-14 age group on Science Street, expansive fair activity zones, the Air and Land Vehicles Exhibition, Planetarium shows, and immersive experiences like the Vertical Wind Tunnel, Climate Tunnel, and Virtual Reality Tunnel. A Space Themed Inflatable Playground, the First Flight Event with Students, Pedal Flight Event, and the thought-provoking “Memories of the Machine: Space” Exhibition by Refik Anadol are among the many attractions.
